How long is each session?
Session duration's vary depending on what you require. The minimum a session's duration can be is 20 minutes and the maximum duration is 60 minutes. Duration of a lesson is completely up to you!
How many subjects are we allowed?
Every student is entitled to 3 subjects. Year 10 however are entitled to 4 subjects because they are prioritised. You don't have to have all 3 subjects, you can have 1 or 2 if you want!
How long is this programme available for?
We are aiming to keep this programme available for as long as we can!
Do I have to pay?
No! This programme is completely free and you don't need to pay for a thing!
I'm not comfortable with showing my face on the online lessons.
No worries! We will still be able to communicate with you via the online chat on your preferred app!
What is the application procedure?
First, we will email you and we will require a parent/guardian email address or phone number. We will then contact your parent/guardian and gain consent from them. Once consent is gained, we will ask you questions regarding what subjects you would like to be taught, how long, when you are available and what are your grades. After that, you are ready to have your free online lessons!
How long do the study boxes/stationery bundles take to arrive?
Boxes and bundles will arrive within 10 days. We try our best to dispatch them as soon as we can.
What's the difference between a study box and a stationery bundle?
A study box focuses mainly on resources and revising content whereas a stationery bundle focuses on learning efficiently and makes study organisation a lot easier.
