How does it work out?

Once we have received your request for tutoring lessons, we will immediately match you with a tutor once parental consent has been received. You will receive a confirmation email from us.  You will have the same tutor every week for the same subject. Your tutor will then ask you questions which relate to what your strengths and weaknesses are, what grade you are working at and more. Our tutors have a range of skills and will be happy to go over any concepts in your desired subject.

Lessons will take place online on a laptop/computer/pc or a mobile phone or an ipad. We are currently offering lessons on Bramble.

Bramble is available to be accessed on mobile phones and laptop/computer/pc and ipad.

We want to make this available for everyone and want to help everyone's education.

More about Bramble - our online lesson software

All about Bramble

All our online lessons take place on Bramble. We have invested money into this software because we are comfortable and astonished by its performance. Bramble only requires a working device (mobile phone, laptop/computer/pc, ipad) and an accessible microphone to speak with the tutor (such as headphones/earphones).

Tutors will demonstrate and teach students using the virtual whiteboard. The student can then also interact and make drawing on the whiteboard. If a tutor has made crucial notes, the student can use the built in capture shot tool which takes a screenshot of the whiteboard and then sends it over to your email. This is a great feature as the student can go over the whiteboard notes and revise after lessons. We are confident with Bramble and we hope you are too. For more information on Bramble, visit their original site: https://about.bramble.io/

LESSON TIME

Lessons will conclude to a maximum of 1 hour for each subject weekly. Within these lessons, you will build confidence with your tutor as well as exploring education. In these lessons, your tutor will share their screen with you and they will show you the resources they have organised with you and go over questions which will test your knowledge. They will also email you the resources they have used so you can have a look for retrieval.
